Silk plaster products at live events!
The beginning of this year has been especially eventful for the Silk Plaster team and our partners, as together we managed to attend several events and showcase the best of our products.
For six months the Expo 2020 held its doors open and welcomed over 24 million visitors for a myriad of events and showcases. Our team was lucky enough to be part of the experience last October, but attendees could still take a chance to get acquainted with our products at the Latvian pavilion till the very last day!
For 170 years the world expo's have provided a platform to showcase the greatest innovations that have shaped the world we live in today. Historical participants have gone on to create such landmarks as the Eiffel tower and George Ferris's "Big Wheel", now settled in Chicago. Isn't that amazing?
New York Build, the largest construction and design show for New York and the Tri-state area, offered a unique networking platform with thousands of leaders – from contractors, architects, engineers and developers, to government, realtors and construction professionals! A truly wonderful experience that introduced our products to creative and prospective partners to collaborate with this year!
From flooring, roofing and ceilings, to design, interior and materials – anything and everything you'd benefit from when looking to build. This event provided us with a comprehensive range of exhibits including construction materials for housing, commercial and business buildings as well as any other related systems and equipment. In short - all the latest market tendencies in the area!
As always, we were happy to join the exhibitors to showcase our products and answer all of your questions about liquid wallpaper, its benefits, practicality and application.
Māja - the largest building industry event in Latvia that offers an insight into the recent development tendencies of the building industry, state of the art technologies and promotes communication among industry professionals and their consumers. And while the event was as well organised as any other, it holds a special place in our hearts, because it always allows us to showcase our products to our local audience.
The largest international construction exhibition in the Baltic States, inspiring not only for construction, installation and landscaping specialists, but also enthusiasts looking for innovative solutions for their homes. Resta is always a joy to attend, as it allows us to meet so many creative minds, interested to know more about Silk Plaster and its benefits.
Nordbygg is the Nordic region's largest meeting place for the building and construction industry by gathering around thousands of visitors every year from the building sector in Scandinavia, the Baltic states and the rest of Europe. This year the event welcomed 930 exhibitors, 300 of which were foreign and nearly 35 000 visitors from 53 countries around the world.
We were especially happy to participate this time around as the organisers hosted their first ever women's network meeting, which aimed to create a platform where women in the construction industry can come together and share experiences, tips and advice.
The main focus of this year's event was culture change in construction - how the industry implements new behaviours, best practice and a true cultural shift in how it builds for the future.
Prior to the events, its director said: “There are so many displays, exhibitors, shows and products you won’t find anywhere else. It will be a chance to celebrate the sector’s achievements and some of the best thought leaders and innovators construction has to offer.” And we can't help, but agree.
Buyer point is a unique event on the European DIY home & garden scene that has come up with an unprecedented way of building together supply and demand. This year the event offered a wonderful opportunity for buyers and potential suppliers to arrange a rapid stream of short 15-minute one-to-one meetings, prior to the event, making it that much more fruitful and dedicated to each and every interested party! We enjoyed every second of it!
